I read that the police and 'members of the community' tracked down the stolen bikes. It sounds like local people knew who the thieving toerags were and had a 'quiet word' with them...

@ColinJ - the full picture will emerge in time. Apparently the police had nothing to do with finding the bikes

Hopefully they'll be better at tracking down those responsible; descriptions have been given.
