I've used my new full suspension mountain bike only about 4 times, and the last time it got really muddy, and I had no choice but to use the garden hose to get the dirt off. I was careful with the pressure, and was pleased with the results. However, looking at the bike now, a day later, the chain, cog and cranks are very sticky, like someone has smeared superglue over everything. I've tried to get this off the chain, but my cloth just sticks to it.
What's the best way of cleaning this now, and how do I avoid this in the future?
