STI Shifter

Having trouble setting up trim on front derailleur after cable replacement , any ideas please? I`m using Claris STI shifters. thaks

Thanks cyberknight after much patience with the barrel adjusters they are now working. seems cable adjustment is the key.thanks for the web link.
