Google was my friend to find this offering. Perhaps ask the question there?

Here's their website...no dealers in the Uk though...but one in Greece! (Always nice to have a bike covered in 'Greece' eh?)

Yes, never seen a Stevens in the UK.

I have been on cycling holidays in Italy, with lots of different nationalities staying in the hotel and quite a few of the Germans had them, so they're obviously popular in Germany and you might be better off asking on a German forum ?
