Hi folks, quick bit of advice if you don't mind.

I'm 6 months post spinal surgery and struggling to ride my supersix.

I'd previously fitted a 100mm stem, will I notice a more upright seated position if I go to an extreme? Say 50mm or so.

What else could I do to make the supersix more upright apart from replacing it with a more sportive/training type bike.

Thanks

Loch side.
Yes, you will notice a big difference but if you want to go even further, get a short riser stem.

Flip the stem? Get a riser stem? More spacers on head tube? A new fork with more spacers would be cheaper than a new bike if that were an option
