Stem/Forks question

Currently have a fixie, based on an oldish (1997) Giant Peloton frame and some no name steel forks and quill stem. Can get hold of a pair of 1" threadless carbon forks. Am I correct in assuming I'll have to use an A-Head stem with them ?

yep. easy to convert. you'll need new forks. a new headset, and a stem to fit.

yup did it middle of last year used cyclebasket for the stem and headset
