Steerer wobble..

So, I've just been flipping my stem, and sorting out handlebars etc... And I noticed my steerer has a very slight wobble.

I've not noticed it before but then again I haven't really got close enough to see it.

It only moves a fraction of a millimetre.. Is it normal? It moves when you either lift the bars, or when you lift the frame.

undo the two stem bolts .... And tighten the centre bolt on the stem !
it should run smooth left/right ...with no up down movement ..
