Starting a conversation

I must be fick, I don't seem to be able to start a "conversation" - I'm trying to PM dellzeqq and failing miserably....could someone tell me what I'm doing wrong, or need to do right? I don't post much here ... could that be it?

Click on his avatar and then click Start a Conversation ...

... or you can go to your Inbox and use the bottom (right) link - Start a New Conversation.

Oh, there is a caveat - some people choose to not receive conversation messages from anyone, so if the link is not there that'll be why.

The problem seems to be I don't talk enough .. I think I may just have rectified that
