SRAM/Shimano compatability

I'm planning on putting a SRAM Force BB30 chainset on a new frame I have; the other bits on the frame are Ultegra. Will the Force chainset be fully compatible with the existing Ultegra front mech and shifter? I know that generally SRAM and Shimano are ok together...

The one gotcha with the SRAM <-> Shimano compatibility is that the cable pull for the rear mech is different. Besides that the shifter & rear mech need to match up mix & match to your hearts content.
