What freehub body do SRAM cassettes fit onto?
Shimano or Campagnolo?
Or neither?
I have seen mixed componentry with SRAM and Shimano...such as the chains, mech etc.

Cheers all..

Shimano. I've got an SRAM cassette on a Shimano hub. S'lovely. Light, cheap, works. It's good.

Sorry to hyjack the thread, but my query is very similar, is there a difference between Shimano MTB and Road freehubs? I'd like to fit an SRAM cassette to a Shimano Sora hub. But looking at Chainreaction they only list the size I want (12-23 8spd) under the MTB section.

Thanks in advance

Shimano-compatible MTB cassettes and road ones are freely interchangeable. If you're trying to get a 7 speed one onto a 8/9/10 speed hub you'll need a spacer, but that's about the only issue.
I suspect the Chain Reactions thing is a typo, TBH. 12-23 sounds well 'road' to me, and will fit a Sora hub nicely.
