Squeaky tyres

I've just fitted some secondhand nylon 26 x 1 3/8 tyres to my Raleigh roadster. The back one makes a squeaking noise as it flexes with the wheels rotation. Does anybody have any ideas how to stop it please?

Oil them

A bit of use and it will be gone !
