Square Taper Size Help

Really easy one

Can any one confirm this is a 68x110 the BC-73T bit has got me confused as CRC has 73x110's as well :/

Really proud of myself for getting it out, last original bit on bike bar the seat and seat post xD

I would say 68 and a 110 axel

Just measure the bike's BB shell to double check. 5mm is a noticeable difference.

ahh right, it the inside dim if the actual shell.

I believe the bc 73 t is just the companies serial number for the product , 73 mm are a different type apparantly that some MTB use for bb30 and pressfit 30 bottom brackets as well as ome older MTB using it

Another quick question, on installation should I use this on the threads ?

Only Other stuff I have is marine grease, or should I use something else ?

I'm sure I've read somewhere that marine grease is actually preferable for applications like this.
No doubt someone will correct me if this is not the case
