Square taper BB bearings

Due to the shortage of BBs at the moment I have secured one from a very kind member on this foru

Mine has a 73 shell and 122mm long. So I thought I would service my old on as a spare. I have managed to remove both bearings but am at a loss to find a replacement. The legend on the seal reads 600 RSL and this equates to a bearing with a shoulder to accommodate the spacer shell but the size is not the same as mine ID an OD are the same but the ones I have are 12mm wide and the ones I can find online are only 9mm wide. Any ideas? Will it do with a spacer or two?
