Rest up now, nothing you do now would make any difference to fitness on Sun you would more likely do harm than good. If you go out for a ride then take it easy and don't do any big distance would be my advice.

this all depends on your fitness levels - generally 1 week before a 'big' event (ie. something that you will find challenging) you should ease off the training but not stop completely. A good ride thusrday would be ideal. Otherwise a short 10-20 miles on Saturday at a slow pace. Eat good food the day before the event and make sure you're fully hydrated at the start (ie. you have a fully charged battery); then eat some energy food along the way too, to keep you going strong until the finish. Good luck

one more thing - if that is a pic of your bike; sort the saddle angle out!
thanks for the tips im resting now untill satrday like you say a easy 15 miles just to keep loose, the saddle is ok lol its just a bad photo at a dodgy angle and the frame drops at a angle as well to make it look worse but the saddle is actuly level
