We'd like to invite members of Cycle Chat to come and try our new Sportive Series in 2015.
To make things interesting we have teamed up with Planet X to offer one lucky winner a brand new carbon fibre bike, there is a runners up prize of a pair of tickets to the Dave Rayner Fund Dinner in November 2015 in Leeds.
We like to think that we specialise in high quality events at budget event prices.
The series of three Sportives gets tougher as the season continues, the idea of this is so that novice riders can start off in year one doing all of the 100km routes, progressing to the 100 mile routes in year two. Experienced riders are welcome to challenge themselves for top times in our ever increasingly difficult 100 mile routes.
In 2014 the Trent Valley 100 was our 'test' event which we received great reviews for, for 2015 we have improved the feed stations with the help of a sports nutritionist and improved our support facilities.
2015 events in the series are:
Flat n Fast 100 - 6th June 2015 - The time trialists dream
Ross Tiger 100 - 2nd August 2015 - The first sportive in Grimsby, taking in either a Wolds route or a coastal route
Trent Valley 100 - 18th October 2015 - Return of this popular end of season sportive.
All events are competitively priced at £18.75 for individual events or £49.50 for the full series. Merchandise is optional, not compulsory!
