'Spoiler' option?

I was wondering if it would be possible to add a 'spoiler' option?
They have them on other forums, basically you have to click 'show spoiler' before you can see the image/text.

I got the idea after the recent toilet photo shenanigans...

If it's an image, well you can always 'hide' it by not putting "img" tags around the url, can't you? That gives people the option not to click.

As for text, I don't know whether vbulletin supports the

Spoiler

.....

tags but evidently not on this forum! As a rough-and-ready solution, you can always colour your text white on a white background - like this. 'Select' the text to read it.

[edit]Not quite invisible apparently - at least not on this monitor. Perhaps a we could have a colour option that exactly matches the background?
