James, your site says minimum sponsorship is £750. That's on top of the £100 holding donation.
Can you please confirm what happens if for what ever reason a sponsored rider does not raise the full amount.
Will they have to make up the shortfall?

with no disrespect meant to the OP, but rumour has it (well at my cc) that all these charities have over committed to this ride and there is going to be a mad scramble to fill places as it gets closer

will be interesting to see how much these minimums fall
