Spin Manchester. Anybody been to this show, if so is it any good and what is the best way to get to it from a main line railway station with a bike (I am due a day pass from Carlisle)

Ive never been, so cant comment if its any good, I think its the first time for this event in Manchester.
I guess if your coming from Carlisle it'll be Manc Piccadilly train station? if so I go .........
Fairfield St / Whitworth St (B6469)
Left onto Oxford Rd (A34)
Right onto Cavendish St and through MMU Halls Of Residence (Bike Path)
After MMU, Cavendish St becomes Stretford Rd (A5067)
Right at Chester Rd
Left onto (A56)
Fourth exit at the roundabout

Another option would be the Rochdale Canal path near Manc Piccadily Train Station
Then join the Bridgewater Canal path, this takes you all the way to the venue and is all off road
