specialized shoe sizing

I have a pair of shimano cycling shoes which are well past their best and would like to buy a new pair of shoes my shimano ones are size 42 or uk 8 I have had my feet measured and I am a size uk 7.5 or europe 41.5 I usually wear quite thick socks as I cycle to work and just change into my workboots. I am thinking of a pair of specialized shoes as I have their shorts which I am pleased with my foot is quite narrow and as I would like to buy online will be unable to try them on. Should I go for a 7.5( 41.5) or 8 ( 42) ??

My specialized shoes are 42 and are spot on for a uk 8 so I'd go for the correct size especially as they can be a bit wider fitting than your shimano's.
