Specialized or Felt. Which bike?

I'm currently in the market for a new bike and have so far narrowed it down to just these two:

Which of these two do you think is the better bike, taking value for money into account also?

The Specialized, just... My original budget was £1000 though. Is the tarmac worth £1300?

The Spesh is only available in a 54, the Felt in 56.
Spesh is full 105, Felt is FSA/105 mix. Both compacts. So there's not much between them.

Only you can say if the extra 300 is worth it if you prefer the ride of the Spesh,
