Specialized Customer Service..

Dropped into the Kingston Specialized shop today to drool over the beautiful bikes they have there, i was treated to the best customer service i have received in a very long while, despite the fact i told the very nice sales guy i wasn`t and wouldn`t be in a position to buy a bike for a long while he still took the time to answer my questions and even let me try out the bike of my dreams for size ( Roubaix Elite compact)..
Great shop,great service and great bikes JUST saying..

The Slough riders took in the Specialized concept store (Ruislip) one saturday. They were brilliant. Even gave a boardman the once over and helped Mark out with his bike fit.
It's the service that will get a bike sale next time i'm in the market for a new steed

agreed. took mine in to the bristol park street branch yesterday and the service was absolutely second to none. i fitted a new stem after farking mine up and took it in there to double check the job i'd done and the chap took about 30 mins tweeking it and chatting etc....sorted a couple other things out for me too....this service alone will make me buy a speci again in a few years.....i wish i'd bought my bike from there rather than evans who were very very disappointing

I've had nothing but great service from Specialized, it's what makes me really loyal to the brand, they treat me so well. They have given me official team kit at no cost in the past and and continuously help me modify frames and components to suit my needs, never once have I encountered warentee issues with modified parts.... Great bikes, great customer service

Roubaix is good.Got a Comp Sl-2 just upgraded whole groupset to ultegra.Now bought an S-Works 2012 frame,probably going Di2.

I'll second that. Great service when I was in there buying mine. Got to take it in for its free service anytime soon. Hopefully I'll get to chat to the bloke who does it so he can show me how to adjust stuff.
