Specialized Allez Epic

I've recently been offered an Allez epic. I don't know much about the bike so can anyone tell me anything about them? Were they good bikes?

(It's a 1992 model so hardly vintage but I didn't know where else to post it)

@lukAs98 is it the Carbon tubed bonded into alloy lugs model ??

if so check the tube bonding

The sad thing is i remember that being released. What a bike. Giant did a copy and i broke it but by golly it was quick.

i would say that if it has survived till now and they dont flex then it should be ok , the one i had was a nice quick ride

yeah mine separated at the head/downtube junction. As biggs sez if its still going it'll probs be ok. Nice find if so.
