I have just got my brand new Croix de Fer home and set about setting it up for me. I have finally managed to get those black platforms off of the supplied M520 pedals only to find one of the clip stuck at almost the strongest setting. This strikes me as being pretty dangerous as I stand a 50% chance of not being able to get my left foot out each time I clip in. I have tried three allen keys in it, none of which will budge the bolt and all of which are beginning to become rounded from slipping in the bolt head.
Does anyone have any tips of getting this moving or do I have to be really careful which side of the pedal I clip into all the time I'm riding this bike?
