spare presta/schrader track head adaptor

Anybody know where I can buy a spare dual head adaptor for a track pump?
I assume I can cut the old one off and jubilee clip on the new one.

Have a look on the CRC website under pumps. Blackburn and Topeak seem to do some adapters which might work.
