Sort order of search results

My first stop when I come on the site is to look at my content; that is, any topics that I have posted in. I like this, as I can quickly see if anything has been happening on threads I'm active in.

The sort order though is all over the place. Is there a setting, or a parameter that I can add to get it to display by last post?

The URL I use (which I get to by clicking on the drop down by my name and then "My Content") is:

Sorry, at the moment it cannot be changed. I agree, it's an odd order, but unfortunately can't do anything to reorganise it.

The alternative is to do an Advanced Search (grey/blue cog if you're using the Classic skin) and search for posts by Author=yourname then select forums from the list, and then change the sort order settings there.

Clunky, but doable if you have a real need for changing the order to find a particular post.

Hopefully the search system will be overhauled for version 3.2 due next year.

Thanks. Even when I do an advanced search, the sort order is wrong.

I chose last updated descending, but the last posted date isn't in descending order. Maybe it counts something else as last updated?
