I had this problem took it back to my local bike shop with my new shoes on they put me on the bike in the shop and tweaked the bike again including a shorter stem has worked wonders for me

I don't think Decathlon would do a bike fit? Would they?

Well they sold you the bike so they should be looking to help if the bikes not right for you
