Some Gears will not change..

My gears on the rear deralier will only select 3,4 and 5 and just makes a clicking noise when selecting other gears, the front two deralier gears are also causing problems moving from big to small rings.. And the chain rubs against the front deralier guard.. Can someone tell me how l can get the gears running smoothly again.. Thanks
