Some Sub-forums have lost the lines in between topics and are not formatted as normal.

Or, at least, an OS and browser clue might help.

If it's a PC or laptop, try pressing CTRL + F5 to reload everything from the CC server afresh - does that sort it?

Laptop Windows 7 and I did that I then trawled several sub forums and only a few were 'bad'. Everything Ok on the other sub forums.
Today I've had no issues.

Was more likely your end rather then the CC end.
