You know what? I said that then was reminded that I've lost so much weight in my hands that my wedding ring sometimes fall off!

When I was at my largest, my wristwatch's non-expanding metal strap had to be slackened off to it's maximum size for me to be able to do wear it and even then the strap was a bit too tight. I ended up losing over 4 stone and had to take it in several times but it was then too loose even on the strap's tightest setting. I was amazed at how much thinner my wrists got.

i was most amazed at my feet shrinking. I dont know if it was less fat, or less weight splaying the bones outwards! or both!

I had the same. Your feet 'shrink' as the pressure caused by excess weight causes them to spread more in your shoes.
