for sale Shimano R540 SL pedals and cleats, used once by the wife who accused me of trying to kill her off £20 posted
the screws and plates are included but I forgot to put them in the picture !!!

I know not related but the light actions are really easy to get in and out of if you have the time to learn and lube them out of the box!

I agree - they are nice and easy to use, but you just can't get some people to really give them a try

Sorry @Stu Plows, i didn't realise you were heading for them! I already have these pedals on my Tri-Franken-Ban3 in white and my cleats are pretty much gubbed.
