Hi Martin,

I'm also 6', chest measurement 40.5" and take 33" waist Levi's if that's any help. It's quite a snug fit on me.
I can take some measurements of the actual gilet if you want.

I've got one of these in a medium and it comes up quite tight - likely a 'race fit'.

That puts a stop to my interest in this one - I am still a stone above my best weight and have a 36" waist! I certainly hope to get back down to a 32/33" waist but it will probably take the whole winter to do it.
