I purchased this myself off eBay in need of repair and after being told it was a 52cm frame, it turned out to be a 56cm!! (I usually ride 54). I thought I would give it a go and set about replacing the worn and dodgy bits. It has had;
New 105 Bottom Bracket
New Tiagra compact Chainset
New KMC Chain (with the quick link)
New Tiagra 12/27 Cassette (9 speed)
New Brake Blocks
New Gear and brake cables (inner and outer)
New Bar Tape
SKS P35 mudguards
and a good general clean and re-grease
It rides very well but even after trying a shorter stem is just a little to long in reach for me so therefore I'm selling up. I will also offer this out to the club I belong to before moving it to eBay if no interest.
It has some chips and scratches, some chain rash and cable rub plus the shifters (Ultegra) are a bit tatty but work perfectly well. See pictures below.

A great commuter or winter bike for someone that it fits, nothing needs replacing for a good while yet! (except pedals which don't come with it!!)
£400 ono, pickup preferred but can probably arrange a box and courier at cost if needed. (I have been watching these on ebay and some real tatty ones have gone for this price lately!)
