I'm selling my D70 body as i'm upgrading to a D2x.

Body - Nikon D70, 3327 shutter accutations. Body is in immaculate condition with no marks at all.

Supplied with genuine Nikon Charger and battery, strap, usb lead, phono to component lead & Nikon IR remote.




I'm selling the body with a choice of the following lenses.

1) Nikkor 35-70mm F3.3-5.6, excellent condition with no scratches or fungus. Metal mount.



2) Sigma 28-105mm F4-5.6, excellent condition with no scratches or fungus, supplied with circular polarizing filter and lens hood.

Hi.

I have decided to keep the sigma lens so it is only available with the Nikon lens.

Shooting with the 35-70 is fine. Its a good focal range. Most standard kit lenses are 18-50mm.

My first DSLR was one of these in 2005, then bought a D50, D40 now got a D90. Was better than the Canon EOS 300D in its day.

The CCD sensor is smaller than 35mm film so the Nikkor 35-70mm lens will have an equivalent focal length of 56mm-112mm, which is great for portraits. If you want to do wider shots then you'll need an 18-55mm lens which are pretty cheap to buy off fleabay.

I do miss my old film cameras though. Nikon F2 F2AS FM2n FM3A all sold
