Finally coming round to the realisation that my medium Defy might just be a smidge too big for me. It was contemplating order a 80mm stem that did it 
Anyway. My loss is someones gain, or something like that, as I am going to sell my Defy to get something in a smaller framed flavour.
Originally came from Rutland Cycles, and I have had it since 2011. In that time it has done about 2-3000 miles. Anything needing replacing has been done so, with the last major new bits being a Tiagra chainset/cassette/chain fitted last year. I've fitted some new gear cables and given everything a good clean for good measure. The tyres have about 1200-ish miles on them, and have some cracking, but no major cuts/gashes.
Sorry, going to keep the pedals.
