SOLD:Dawes Competition Giro 300 1998

Hi everyone,

Dawes Competition Giro 300 for sale
I believe this to be 1997-1998?
58cm frame with totally unmarked paintwork, not even a cable rub.
Full shimano RSX groupset 7x3, ITM bars, Exage Motion brakes, unsure on the make of the rims however laced into Shimano hubs with no where on the rims at all.
Full sks mudguards and even original toe clips still fitted. Small amount of pitter on the headset and also the seat post bolts (as seen in the photos)

Truly is a lovely machine that has spent many years hung up in a garage, I dare to say this is a as new bike even down to the original bar tape I believe.

Due to watching a few sell on ebay I believe the price of £250 to be reasonable however will take offers around that mark.
Location is between York and Harrogate, delivery maybe possible if not too far.

That’s really very nice. I love the idea of a triple up front with a close ratio block. Relaxed frame geometry so should give a comfy ride. Despite the moniker should make a great tourer. My size too, wish I could hop on a plane to collect it but unfortunately stuck here .
