Charlotte, I've got a stock Giant ladies saddle which came off my roadbike, now on 2nd gen replacement. Never been ridden on (well maybe once or twice, can't recall)

I'll part with it for a fiver to cover the P&P

Helmet, go to your LBS and get the best fitting one for your budget. Shoes - there are often deals on Ladies shoes especially if you're an unusual size (i.e small or large)
