I'm offering a Bob Yak Plus trailer (the Bob Yak including the yellow luggage bag similar to an Ortlieb pack rack, the so called "Bob dry sak") in like-new condition.
The Bob Yak is one of the most-used bike trailers for touring. It is attached to the bike using a modified rear quick release axis and carries up to 32kg of luggage. http://www.bobgear.com/bike-trailers/yak
The trailer comes with the flag and an (shortended) Bob Quick Release. I also replaced the cheap Chinese no-name tyre with a Schwalbe Marahton and bought spare inner tubes.
I bought the trailer last year and used it only on a brief, 3 miles test ride, unloaded. All paperwork as well as the original packaging are available.
I wanted to use the trailer on my Moulton TSR but only later found out that because of the rear suspension, it is questionable if a single wheel trailer can really be used on a Moulton. (As an alternative, I'm now going for Radical Design's Cyclone IV trailer, which I can also use on my Brompton.)
At St John Street Cycles, a Bob Yak Plus costs 390 Pounds. http://www.sjscycles.co.uk/bob-yak-...h-wheels-with-qr-and-yak-sak-black-prod11848/
"Fair Weather Cycles" offers it for 344,99 Pounds: http://www.fairweathercycles.co.uk/...b-yak-trailer-10th-anniversary-qr-no-bag.html
A Schwalbe Marathon tyre (size 305) costs 19 Pounds.
My Bob Yak can be yours for 260 Pounds, plus potential shipping costs.
The trailer is located in Highbury, North London. I would highly appreciate personal collection, but if you insist, I should also be able to ship it.
If you are interested, please drop me an email at o dot storbeck at gmail dot com.
(I'll add some photos of the trailer later)
