52cm carrera valour frame and forks. Brakes included as rear looks a little iffy to remove the bolt so left alone. Brakes were fine when I rode it yesterday. - £15


Wheels off the carrera. 8-10 speed I think (8 speed fitted). Rear needs work - £5 - provisionally sold

I'd be interested in the wheels and the bars - what is wrong with the rear though?

I've never worked on wheels. It might need new bearings as it sounds a bit rough.
Was thinking of striping it completely and see if I could build it back up, but I want to spend my time ridding instead.
I also know that if I did it and was a success I would then be investing in loads more specific tools and start building my own wheels.

The wheels were on the bike yesterday and did a 20 mile ride fine though.

I might be interested in the frame too, i currently have a red vanquish but its a bit big for me with a 54 ctr to ctr top tube so i use an 80 mm stem , is that frame size the real seat tube measurement as according to another site i read a 52 m is a 56 cm top tube ?.If its the later then its too big for me.

I've been to 4 bike shops this morning and none have any bike or wheel boxes, so those will need collecting.
@cyberknight - it is a small frame. It's the top tube that's 52cm measured.
