Velcro fastening to the seatpost and saddle rails with a loop at the back to take a light, the top and bottom are semi-rigid.

Approximate measurements are 18cm long by 9cm high and 10cm wide at the zip end narrowing to 4cm at the seatpost end.

I put a mini-pump, tube, multi-tool and more in there.

Light scuffing above and below the seatpost velcro.
