[SOLD] 1993 Grand National Race Void Martell Cognac Water Jug.

Any horse racing enthusiasts/memorablia collectors on here?

I got two of these jugs back in 1993 when I worked in a hotel that used to host an annual coach trip to the Grand National.

Anyway they came back early that year as you might expect

I kept one and I gave one to my parents at the time.

This ones number 162 of 5000.

Anyway it's gathered dust ever since, but is in excellent condition with no cracks or chips and everything as it should be.

Just wondered if any CC'ers are into their GG's and fancied bidding me for it?

How did they know the race was going to be void at the time they were making those 5000 jugs? Were there a lot of animal rights protesters working at Seton Potteries in Redruth?
