Had my first smidsy today. I was completely stationary in the correct position at a junction waiting to turn right. Some schmuck in a white van was turning right into the road where I was waiting, unfortunately (for me) he took the turn far too narrow, and went into me. Luckily he was going very very slow at the time so no damage to me or the bike.
He parked up and came over to speak to me, I'm sure you can guess his first words "Sorry mate, I didn't see you!" I was riding a red & black bike, wearing a canary yellow jacket, so he must not have been paying much attention.
