Small repair patches

Any suggestions where I can get some 'small' inner tube repair patches?

The repair kits I've bought have a few small ones, but even they could be smaller for road-bike wheels.

They are bloody excellent.
Ideal for road tyres with high pressures

Buy the sheets of rubber patch and cut a patch to your own specifications.
