Ive just checked my tyres and ive noticed a small cut in the wall its not that deep but i can just about see that the metal tread on the wall has a few strands cut, the tyre is a conti GP4 seasons
Will it be ok or shall i replace the tyre.?
Also im doing a 100 mile ride Sunday and im not sure if it will be ok, maybe im just over reacting.

In the absence of a photo for more informed judgement...

Most people will tell you to replace the tyre, not wanting to feel responsible if the tyre bursts and causes a crash.
Given the cost of decent tyres, when I get a small cut in a tyre I put a piece of old tyre behind the cut as reinforcement and carry on using it. If there's any significant bulging at the cut, the cut is too big or your reinforcement is too flexible.

The pics to large for the server , its not bulging though.

Depends on how big the cut is. I ride my [short distance] commute to work with a couple in the front made previously by glass. it doesn't bother me as the tyres aren't filled with 100psi tubes.

Try wet suit repair glue such as StormSure, do not use super glue as it is not flexible when dry.

You're right... it's small  Personally I'd not worry about it!

That cut isn't a problem - you can carry on using the tyre with no worries. I'd call it a slight scrape rather than a cut.
That light brownish open weave mesh isn't structural - it's there to fend off abrasive objects before they cause damage, so that this sort of thing doesn't happen
