Fitted these to my wife's Specialized Globe and kids bikes too.

Have gone up in price recently, I see. Anyway, it says on the instructions not to trim to size but to overlap. This is OK when you have thick innertubes but fatal on thin ones such as Specialized lightweight hybrid type bikes or the like. Pinch punctures? You wouldn't believe the slices in the tubes.......almost like a visit from Freddie Kruger. Solution.......fit thick touring type tubes like Continental Touring 28 All or trim to a smaller overlap.
Use plenty of talc as they tend to stick to everything after quite a short while (vulcanize). There are also cheaper solutions. I have some of my bikes fitted with cheaper tape from ChainReaction. Seems to work fine so far but I'll keep you all posted.
