Skyride maintenance courses

Just curious if anyone on here had done one of the Skyride Maintenance courses, and if so what they thought to it. Was it what you expected / good value for money etc?
We have one coming to Peterborough soon to be held at Greenwheel Cycles premises, and I'm thinking of booking myself in.

I haven't, but what's it cost and what does it cover?
If they had one round here, I might be tempted.

Both include British Cycling membership "worth" £24. Cant see any dates for a Leicester one, but if it floats your boat it may be worth dropping them an email.
