Got this out of a skip the other day, 1976 sa hub, no rust everything well oiled, dynamo lighting with internal wiring that works perfectly, kick stand nice chrome mudguards and chain guard . It's got some odd size 20 inch wheels that are slightly bigger than other 20 inch bikes I have, forget the number's now, I guess it will have some odd French threads too.

I had a red one for a while . It was left behind at local bike shop by a french sailing boat traveller.

Excellent find. Don't know anything about that particular marque, but sounds like it might be along similar lines as the old Raleighs, in terms of odd sizes for threads and components. I think even SkipdiverJohn of this parish would be hard pushed to find better!

They are 550a if if I remember correctly its in the attic at the moment, put it up there so I don't get distracted from my other projects.

They’ll be 550a same as my Elvish kids racing bike. Replacement wheels are still available from France, I had the replace the rear.

I picked up a set of NOS Hutchinson tyres off eBay, but they’re difficult to source over here.

Yes it's a very attractive colour, I like the style of vintage French roadsters headlight on chrome mudguard and more ornate chain case, this is the nearest I've found to one.
