Site not displaying right

On android handset.

Having to resize almost every page to fit the screen and it still looks odd.
Alerts now have a red triangle pointing down over the actual alert. The font looks odd as well, both what has already been placed there as well as what I'm posting.

I just tried my Android phone and it is fine.

Displaying correctly on my Tablet; what is a pain though its no good at quoting, auto type want to change the middle of the quote and I use the @ tool instead.

It's ok on my Samsung galaxy tab 3 with Chrome. Which browser are you running?

The server had a bit of a blip for an hour or so, but is back to normal now.
