Thanks for the heads up - I missed the beginning but caught most of it. BBC News also has a shorter interview covering some of what I managed to see but Channel 4 coverage was better.

I missed the beginning but much of what I was was about watching the LA-Oprah programme with his son and having to explain what was happening, a bit about his dad using his nappies to smuggle drugs and how he was glad that he'd never have to tell him about skeletons in the closet. Oh, and his son got a track bike for Christmas. Asked whether he'd want his son to become a cyclist, he joked that he'd rather he took up rugby league but then he talked about all his victories and how proud he was of that as a father.

And how he is definitely going to concentrate on the Giro this year. It's another race that means a lot to him.

A friend watched the interview with me and she commented on how skinny Sir Brad is. I told her that he actually looked less skinny than he normally does, but he will probably lose a few kgs by the time that he races the Giro.

Vaughters isn't making himself look good over this; more of a bitter bloke who lost Wiggins to Sky.
A lot more people than Wiggins have performed a U-turn regarding Armstrong since 2009 and there's no shame in that.
