Single speed conversion - crank set and bottom bracket

Hi all, as you know I am doing a couple of single speed conversions.

I have just purchased this crank set:

They say to use a 118mm wide BB, do you think the chainline should be alright if I do?

How wide is the old BB ??

It all depends on the position of the rear sprocket.

Worth having a gamble that it will align correctly. If you're using a chain tensioner the chainrings can be slightly out of align without the chain coming off.

Well I will get the wheels sorted out before I buy one, got the crank already though.
