Single Sign On

I thought that this had been disabled, but I can move from forum to forum without having to sign into each. Includes those that I'd not previously visited.

It has been removed from all of the forums. If you've visited previously it will have automatically created an account there for you and a login cookie; so when you visit the cookie is still valid and you appear logged in - just like on CC - it's the same as ticking the Stay logged in box.

Manually log out of any one of them and you'll see it now won't auto log you back in again.

Just tried it on Geekschat, via this method.
Logged out, gone to CycleChat(via the links at the bottom) and opened onto here. No logon required.
Links at the bottom used again to get back onto Geekschat. Again with no logon required.

Am I doing something wrong!

Erm, I'm not sure - the only thing I'm sure of is that I've definitely removed the software from all of the sites.

The only other thing it could be is a common cookie that has been left behind - try deleteing your cookies (or use a different browser to the one you normall use to access CC and the others sites) and let me know how that works out?

Well just tried it in library, on one of the computers*, and I do need to log to each site. But not on either of my own.
It might be that "common cookie that has been left behind". Getting ideas above its station.

*If I log onto another site, but don't click on stay logged in, which is what was done on cycle chat(click on the stay logged on) I'm able to move between the forums without the need to log on.
